Oh very cool. I just speak English and maybe an intermediate level of Spanish that's been deteriorating pretty quickly. I wish I was fluent. I was really into learning it until I got a voice problem that I've been dealing with for the past year. I was even beating the native speakers in my class at the time lol.

Welcome to the group.  If you have an interest in photography you should check out Northwest Center for Photography and the i witness gallery.  The current DUALITY exhibit features 50 photos taken by award winning photographers Randy Olson and Melissa Farlow during assignments for National Geographic Magazine.

Gallery hours are Tue-Fri, noon-6pm and Sat from 1-6pm. The gallery is open late (From 6-9pm) for the First Friday Gallery walks and is located at 1028 SE Water Avenue, Suite 50, Portland—housed in the Northwest Center for photography (NCP) located in the Water Avenue Commerce Center building.

The i witness gallery features work created by photographers from the Northwest exclusively. This includes work by seasoned and emerging professionals, as well as student photos created during the Center workshops.

NCP’s team of professional instructors—all passionate about photography—is committed to advancing the challenged and challenging the advanced. NCP believes having fun while learning is essential to the creative process and our goal is to provide a range of workshops suitable for the broadest audience—whether being taken for personal enrichment or if one is pursuing a career.

NCP workshops cover everything related to image making —from the moment of exposure to the art of presentation and everything in between. Workshops are designed for digital, film or video or B&W wet processing in our darkroom. For more information visit www.nwcenterforphotography.com
