Moving to Portland
About Me:
I'm a stay at home of two boys: 10 and 8 years old. I've been married for 15 1/2 years. I love crafting, walking, some shopping and hanging out with my boys and husband.
What do you love about Portland?
I actually have never been to Portland but I love the openness feel about it. The people friendly public transportation, the walking areas, and the interesting community that it seems to have.
My music:
Classical to classic rock. Mumford & Sons, Florence & the Machine...along those lines.
What's your favorite Portland neighborhood and why?
Not sure.
Favorite quote:
"These were the happy days...the salad days, as they say."...~Raising Arizona (movie)

We live in SW Portland, in the West Portland Park neighborhood. We like our location, real close to elementary school and middle school, public library, park, nice bus line that goes to downtown, pretty close to Tryon Creek State Park. Not a "hip" area, though.
